How to File a Takedown Notice

Please submit a DMCA takedown notice by opening a new issue on our GitHub repository. This is the fastest and most efficient way to have your claim reviewed.

Your notice must include the following information:

  1. Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. Location of Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) on the Yukinu website where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. A statement of accuracy: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
  6. Your electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by responding to the GitHub issue where the takedown notice was processed.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
  5. Your electronic signature.

We will review and respond to all valid notices and counter-notices in a timely manner.
