How to File a Takedown Notice
Please submit a DMCA takedown notice by opening a new issue on our GitHub repository. This is the fastest and most efficient way to have your claim reviewed.

Your notice must include the following information:
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Location of Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) on the Yukinu website where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement of good faith belief: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- A statement of accuracy: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- Your electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by responding to the GitHub issue where the takedown notice was processed.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
- Your electronic signature.
We will review and respond to all valid notices and counter-notices in a timely manner.
